Pom\u00e1haj\u00ed si, kdy\u017e je pot\u0159eba, a sm\u011bj\u00ed se spolu, kdy\u017e se da\u0159\u00ed.<br>To je mo\u017en\u00e1 ta nejv\u011bt\u0161\u00ed s\u00edla soci\u00e1ln\u00edho podniku \u2013 \u017ee tu lid\u00e9 nejsou jen \u201ezam\u011bstnanci\u201c, ale komunita, kter\u00e1 dr\u017e\u00ed p\u0159i sob\u011b.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pro mnoh\u00e9 z na\u0161ich pracovn\u00edk\u016f jsme jistotou na dlouh\u00e9 roky.<br>Nemus\u00ed se b\u00e1t, \u017ee je n\u011bkdo propust\u00ed kv\u016fli nemoci nebo pomalej\u0161\u00edmu tempu.<br>V\u011bd\u00ed, \u017ee pokud se n\u011bco stane, budeme hledat \u0159e\u0161en\u00ed, ne n\u00e1hradu.<br>A pr\u00e1v\u011b d\u00edky t\u00e9 jistot\u011b mohou r\u016fst \u2013 profesn\u011b i lidsky.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Soci\u00e1ln\u00ed podnik nen\u00ed charita. Je to podnik\u00e1n\u00ed s respektem k \u010dlov\u011bku.<br>A mo\u017en\u00e1 pr\u00e1v\u011b proto dok\u00e1\u017eeme odv\u00e9st tak dobrou pr\u00e1ci.
